Description:

"Bottom of the Ninth" is an innovative animated graphic novel, representing a groundbreaking form of interactive storytelling. Created by renowned Hollywood artist Ryan Woodward, known for his work on films such as "The Avengers," "Ironman 2," "Spider-man 2&3," and "The Iron Giant" (1998), this project pushes the boundaries of visual storytelling.
The story is set in the year 2172, in Tao City, where the sport of New Baseball dominates. This futuristic version of the traditional sport incorporates artificial gravity, and it sets the stage for an extraordinary tale. The protagonist, Candy Cunningham, an 18-year-old pitcher, must confront both a formidable batter and a crowd of fans who never expected to see a girl on the pitchers mound.
